BIIMP (Borderless Investment Inspection, Management & Protection) is a professional consultancy firm based in Kampala, Uganda providing investment protection, fraud investigation, pre-purchase inspection, due diligence, legal advisory and project supervision across East Africa and internationally.
Which countries do you operate in?
We operate across 47 countries with particular strength in Africa, starting with Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Africa, Ghana, Ethiopia, Nigeria, and many more. We also have active operations internationally. We have physical offices in Kampala and Arua, Uganda.
How do I submit an investigation request?
You can submit an investigation by emailing investigations@biimp.global, calling +256 740 870 163, or using the contact form on our website. After submission, you will be assigned a case reference number and an investigator will contact you within 24 hours.
How long does an investigation take?
Basic supplier verification takes 3–5 business days. Standard due diligence investigations take 7–14 days. Complex fraud investigations may take 3–6 weeks. We offer urgent (48-hour) and emergency (24-hour) options for time-sensitive situations.
What happens if you find evidence of fraud?
We immediately alert the client with our findings and provide a detailed evidence package. We can assist with law enforcement reporting, legal escalation, and asset recovery through our legal advisory partners. We compile court-ready evidence packages when required.
What types of pre-purchase inspections do you offer?
We offer land and property inspections, building structural assessments, goods and cargo quality checks, agricultural land assessments, machinery condition reports, and business asset verification across Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, South Sudan, DRC Congo, Rwanda and Burundi.
Is my information kept confidential?
Absolutely. Client confidentiality is our highest priority. All information is stored securely, we sign NDAs on request, and our staff are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We never share client information with third parties under any circumstances.
How much do your services cost?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, cash, and mobile money (MTN and Airtel). Payment terms and invoicing are discussed during the engagement agreement phase.
